Inhale the fresh air on the beach, the scent of iodine, the taste of salt on the skin. The North Sea is a source of salty self-care for many people – especially women – which is nothing new. Two centuries ago, North Sea cures were mainly women's cures, for what was called female ‘hysteria’.
