If you want to study Dutch, you no longer need to travel to the Netherlands or Flanders. All over the world, interest in the Dutch language is growing. By 2005, Dutch will be taught at approximately 220 universities in more than 40 countries. An estimated 10,000 students are taking Dutch as a main subject at a university outside the Netherlands or Flanders. Dutch galore! Wherever you live, you will be able to join a Dutch course somewhere in your area. It will give you goose bumps – it's a great language…and an economical one, as it will allow you to express your thoughts using only a few words.
