In the heart of Brussels, on the corner of Leopoldstraat and Prinsenstraat, an impressive building is undergoing renovation. The intention is that this building will become the Dutch-Flemish Centre for Europe in Brussels, which will be opened in autumn 2004, during the Dutch presidency of the EU.
